MountainSearch.org was created for The Mountain Fund by SearchEngineCorp.com. SearchEngineCorp.com is not affiliated with The Mountain Fund but will donate half of all gross advertising proceeds earned by SearchEngineCorp.com from MountainSearch.org suporters. This is explained in more detail in the Contributions to The Mountain Fund section below.
MountainSearch.org provides internet search services allowing retrieval of information and websites from the internet based upon queries generated by you (“the MountainSearch.org Services”). By your use of the MountainSearch.org Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Results Generated by MountainSearch.org Services
The search results generated by your use of the MountainSearch.org Services have been created or made available over the internet by persons unrelated to MountainSearch.org. The search is an automated process, performed based upon the query generated by you. The process is automated, and neither SearchEngineCorp.com nor MountainSearch.org exercise any review or censorship of the search results. Consequently, the results of any search may not be accurate or complete, and may include information and links to websites that are nonresponsive to the query, or which include adult, inappropriate, obscene, or other offensive material. In the event that this should occur, you should consider reformulating your query.
Personal Use Only
The MountainSearch.org Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the MountainSearch.org Services to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. Except for your personal use, you may not reproduce, copy, create derivative works of, or publicly display the results of your search or the MountainSearch.org Services. If you wish to make commercial use or a use not permitted by these Terms of Service, you must enter into an agreement with MountainSearch.org and SearchEngineCorp.com to do so in advance. Querying Limitations
Use of the MountainSearch.org Services utilizing automated or redirected queries is not permitted. Without limiting the foregoing, use of the MountainSearch.org Services in the following manner is prohibited:
- Generating queries for the purpose of ascertaining the ranking provided by the MountainSearch.org Services in comparison to other search engines
- Use of a federated or meta search function to generate queries to the MountainSearch.org Services.
- Performing searches on MountainSearch.org offline.
You may use the MountainSearch.org Services only for searches based upon your actual desire to obtain information for your personal use from sources available on the internet and may not generate multiple or fictitious queries for the purpose of increasing revenue earned by MountainSearch.org or donations to Reef Check.
Contributions to The Mountain Fund
The Mountain Fund will receive a minimum of 50 percent of revenues generated by the MountainSearch.org supporters. Search Engine Corp will send The Mountain Fund a check quarterly providing they have accrued $100 or more during that quarter. If The Mountain Fund has earned less than $100, the funds will be allocated on a pro rata basis until they have met the minimum payment requirement. MountainSearch.org and SearchEngineCorp.com are under no obligation to provide you with any verification of amounts generated by your use of the MountainSearch.org Services, or information related to amounts donated to the environmental organizations.

MOUNTAINSEARCH.ORG SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE AND ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY FROM MOUNTAINSEARCH.ORG OR SEARCHENGINECORP.COM. RESULTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF THE MOUNTAINSEARCH.ORG SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON WITHOUT ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION AND DUE DILIGENCE.
